Tsilia Dinaburgsky

Welcome to Cognitive Learning Tools!

My name is Tsilia Dinaburgsky, MSW, RSW, RP and I am a registered social worker and child psychotherapist. With a strong academic foundation in cognitive science, I work to blend the science of the brain with the art of human connection. I have spent over a decade supporting children, youth, and families, specializing in high needs autism, complex behavioral and emotional challenges, adhd, anxiety, and developmental disabilities.

My work is always guided by the belief that change is not only possible, but within reach.

Driven by a deep passion of learning, I inspired to purse an honors degree in cognitive science at York University. My next goal was to find a way to provide a bridge between neuroscience and lived experience through different therapeutic approaches, leading me to a enter the Master of Social Work program. I focus on finding what works to unlock potential and achieve success while working closely with committed parents and care networks to help create lasting change.

I use an integrative, neurodevelopmental approach that combines evidence-based therapies with practical interventions tailored to each unique individual. Drawing from a deep understanding of neuroplasticity and developmental science, I help children increase self-regulation, executive functioning skills, social communication skills, and build resilience.

Many of the families I work with are overwhelmed with how to best support their children and struggle to find lasting solutions or effective professional support. If this sounds like it could be you, please don’t hesitate to reach out for help.
