Group Therapy
Virtual and in-person groups where children and youth build real-life skills.
Our groups are small and intentionally matched by age, ability, and personality so that every participant can feel understood and included. Each session integrates therapeutic strategies, collaborative activities, and guided reflection to help participants learn and strengthen skills.
Our Approach
- Encourage social connection and positive peer interactions
- Build emotional intelligence and self-regulation skills
- Reduce anxiety and increase self-esteem and confidence in group settings
- Promote generalization of skills beyond the therapy room
Each group meets weekly, with sessions ranging from 60 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the program. Full-day programs are also available.
Getting Started
Before joining a group, each participant completes an intake meeting to ensure a good fit for goals, skill level, and group dynamic.
